Happy Birthday Miss Lavakula

Today is Miss Lavakula's Birthday we celebrated with chop sue and rice  we had a drink with our chop sue after we finished our chop sue we had to wash our plates and cups. After we finished our chop sue we had cup cakes it was so delicious. Next time I won't forget to bring my present for Miss Lavakula.

Goldilocks

Esther and King Xerxes

Today in C.R.E Mrs Clarke continued the story about king Xerxes and Queen Esther. Mrs Clarke and Miss Hare were wearing costumes Mrs Clarke was Mordecai and Miss Hare was pretending to be Queen Esther.

Queen Esther went to king Xerxes when Esther entered king Xerxes had a golden scepter God makes us to do good choices.

Youth Town

On a cold Wednesday room 13 and room 14 went to Youth town. The youth town club is down town so we went on a bus. As room 13 and room 14 got to the youth town club we had to go to a room called Activity center. Sue took room 14 to the art making while we were getting changed in the changing rooms. We had to have a shower before we hoped into the pools. The pools were so deep it felt like I was flying. My favourite part was when we were in the pools.

Esther Continues......

Today in C.R.E we learned more about Esther and Mordecai. One day Mordecai heard two guards say " I hate king Xerxes so lets kill him" so Mordecai had told king Xerxes that two guards will going to kill you.  King Xerxes had hanged the two guards that who was going to kill him.

King Xerxes had a new prime minister and the prime ministers new rule was when he ever passed people they had to bow. But one person did not bow to the new prime minister was Mordecai did not bow to the prime ministers because he was a Jewish person he only bowed to god so the prime minister to king Xerxes to kill all the Jewish people.

A debate is a form of augment. Our statement was pt England school should not wear uniforms. The team that I was in the  for  team this means the for team is  saying no we should not wear school uniform’s. I was the fourth speaker and here are my ideas Pt England School should not have to wear school uniform because you will waste money. We think that Point England School should not wear uniforms. What do you think? We hope that you agree with us? While we were saying our debates I felt nervous.

Poor Old Fox

Once there was an old sick fox he was very poor suddenly he had won a grand prize his prize was $2,0000 dollars he went for a little walk through the park he had saw 6 cute baby ducklings he had felt sorry for them but he had gave them $5 dollars each then he went for a run but then he looked behind him and the 6 cute ducklings had followed him.

After going for his run he went through his pockets and there was no more money left so he went back to an old sick fox he layed in bed or morning and or night so the next morning he was on the cold floor.

My Reflection About Aladdin

Once upon a time there was a young boy he lived with his mother they were very poor they lived in China a small village. Along came a strange man he had claimed to be Aladdin’s uncle.  Aladdin took his uncle to see his mother after they saw his mother his uncle said needed Aladdin’s help.

Aladdin’s uncle had took him to a cave when Aladdin climbed down a whole as he entered the cave he was surrounded by riches and gold. While down there, Aladdin had found a tatty old lamp. It was was rusty. He did not know that it was a magic lamp. Aladdin’s uncle wanted the rusty old lamp, and said “give it here!” “no” replied Aladdin.  Aladdin’s uncle had covered up the whole and Aladdin was unable to escape.

Esther

Today in C.R.E Mrs Clark told us a story about Esther. King Xerxes was looking for another Queen because he was lonely. But then Mordeccai said "lets have a beauty contest" so they went looking for beautiful  girls they had found Esther.  Mordeccai said "come back to the palace" so she went to the palace.

We are learning to be and do the best that we can. We can do this by listening to people and treating people proply and helping each other.

Basketball Skills

For the last 5 weeks our class have been learning about basketball. On a cold Thursday morning room 13 went to basketball in the hall. When we got to the hall we did a warm up. The warm up was line tiggy. There were two taggers and there name’s are Promise and Elizabeth. We had to stay on the lines. It was hard because if you got tagged you had to get the ball from  that tagger that tagged you. I was tired that I nearly fell over but I had to still play or I will get tug.

After the warm up we had to go on a line. There were people on a red line or a blue line and the teachers and the coach’s numbered us equally. We had to move back to the other blue line so the red line can have equally players. The blue line had to put their balls next to the wall. The coach’s showed us what to do passing the ball to your partner. The steps were pocket, shoulder and shoot. You had to pass your ball to the person on the oppisite line to you. When I threw the ball to my partner it went straight to her or not to her. After that we put only 2 steps together pocket and throw your fingers have to point down at the ground.

After the passing Miss Lavakula put us in two straight lines we were shooting. We had to do a jumpstop then one dribble and last shoot. It was like a race and a competition and I got a goal like my friend. I felt really really happy and I wanted to do basketball again.

My story about a red shiny car

Once there was a very happy jumping bean that who hates spiders the jumping bean hates black spiders brown spiders the jumping bean is very fast he had came first in a running race he had won a awesome prize it was a red shiny car. After getting his shiny red car he had drove of and went every were first he went to get something for lunch after getting something for lunch he had went and bought a pet dog,cat and even a bird. After getting what he had wanted he was not looking and the car had crashed it was not a red shiny car any more it was a broken car.
